CONTEXT
Porsche Belgium was facing strong competition in their Dutch-speaking market on the border with the Netherlands and had difficulties in formulating the right response.
A certain number of assumptions were given to justify this situation and to fuel reflections on the corrective actions to be taken, but without obtaining everyone's support.
Porsche wanted AGILEmaker's help in generating a report and an action plan based on customer feedback.
APPROACH
We directly connected with the clients concerned in order to test and validate a number of assumptions.
This approach enabled us to better understand the client and its real needs in order to formalise an appropriate response.
Developing solutions through short cycles then brought a lot of customer feedback based on which we were able to regularly adapt the solutions.
