In order to support the agile transformation at scale of Airbus IT department, the program management team wanted to implement a change solution to support the different impacted populations.
AIRBUS chose AGILEmaker to set up, equip and support a community of ‘Change Makers’ active on the field.
We first identified members and engaged them in this community of ‘Change Makers’. Once the team’s fundamentals were in place, we trained and coached them in their role, on both agile know-how and agile behaviour. We also created digital nuggets to support the ‘Change Makers’ in their role as coaches and trainers.
Learning focused on peer exchanges, challenges to meet, and retrospectives.
