The CPAS of Brussels (public social services centre) wanted to adapt its 2016-2018 strategic plan and update it for the 2019-2024 legislative period based on the general policy note of its President.
The CPAS wanted to be supported in the implementation of this plan by installing a project management dynamic.
After a quick assessment of the 2016-2018 plan, we started from scratch for the current legislative period by implementing a co-creation process with the CPAS management team.
This process resulted in the emergence of six cross-cutting strategic objectives, all anchored in the reality of the CPAS. These objectives were then materialised by a series of projects all integrated into a coherent portfolio.
Our role was to boost the implementation of the projects by installing agile practices and mindset while ensuring the adoption of the involved actors.
