We started by aligning the Executive Committee on their vision of success on both a business and cultural level.
We then helped our client translate this vision into a strong and unique guiding principle: trust.
The operational implementation of this principle and the cultural ingredients it brings (autonomy and accountability) was piloted across two departments.
All employees were then trained in this principle and in common notions of agility through a « Train The Trainer » approach, to ensure consistency in the different teams’ journeys towards agility.
