CONTEXT
Further to the definition of its digital transformation strategy, D’Ieteren wanted to be supported in the build-up and implementation of an online sales solution for the Volkswagen vehicles.
APPROACH
We started by setting up an agile way of working with the team and the various stakeholders involved, after agreeing on the objective, governance, ceremonies, and the mindset needed to for a successful implementation in six months.
We then took care of the program management, coached the team, and ensured all functional teams were involved (legal, network, marketing, sales, import, IT, finance, etc).
