The Belgian Building Research Institute (BBRI), aware of the evolution of its external context, has decided, for the first time in its history, to carry out an ambitious transformation programme called ‘Give me Five’ intending to reach five key objectives: communicate more and better, innovate with excellence, maximise added value for the client, digitalize, collaborate and participate.

While the call to transform can be the source of many benefits, transformation remains a difficult and tricky exercise. It is therefore important to ask the right questions and to be guided by effective principles in your approach to transformation.
We aligned all stakeholders on the organisation’s challenges and on the ambition of its transformation program.
We also supported the leaders in their posture and role as project sponsor.
We then installed a way of working and a culture inspired by agility through the deployment of project teams contributing to the various dimensions of the program. These projects were framed by a governance based on three-months iterations.
