CONTEXT
In order to strengthen internal mobility and the employability of its people, AXA Insurance Belgium wanted to launch a program aimed at giving its employees a sense of responsibility in their learning by facilitating access to e-learning training.
Based on the motivations and operational needs of the learners, AXA wanted to develop a culture where everyone is an actor and driver of his/her own development.
APPROACH
First we segmented the learners by role type and identified their learning needs.
We then designed learning journeys and training portfolios by role type.
Finally, in order to stimulate take-up, the user journey on the e-learning platform was greatly simplified.
