My experience has shown me that when clear goals are defined, when individual talents play a team game and when processes are designed transversally, it is then possible to achieve incredible performance levels. This is why I co-founded AGILE maker!
As I look through my life and try to connect the dots, making organizations more collaborative and free to innovate has been a driving theme for me; it reconnects individual intrinsic motivation with collective performance.
In my whole life, I have always searched to promote adaptability within organizations, helping them to cope with the permanent change of environment, aka the new status quo.
My life experience is inspired and illustrated by the quote of Mattie Stepanek: “Unity is strength… when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved”.
“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together” (James Cash Penney). Bringing together my passion to release the full potential of people and teams with the collaborative and effective approaches from Agilemaker, provide a whole new space for innovation.
When change becomes the norm, people make the difference. My entrepreneurial background and the many missions I carried out in various sectors have proven me that people mobilized on a shared vision and common goals are the drivers of Agility in a customer centric organization. This Agility brings success and satisfaction to all stakeholders, and reinforces the “why”.
In an ever changing world it is crucial to guide people so they don’t get lost. My experience in HR showed me it is important to support and develop people so they become more agile for the challenges ahead. I strongly believe that working in communities, sharing and learning from each other is a great way to become more resilient and open to change. Today I help organizations in building these communities supported with the necessary development tools to make it happen!
‘If you can dream it, you can do it’ (Walt Disney)
I am passionate about diversity of cultures and people, as well as about the future of organizations. I truly believe that better interactions and the use of team’s natural strengths to fit company’s purpose is the way forward for the organizations to become agile and effective. I am helping individuals and organizations who want to go beyond current models and limitations in re-inventing new ways of working, in order to deliver sustainable growth through well being, happiness at work, and customer satisfaction.
From my 20 years’ experience with organisations aiming at a brighter future and determined to reach it through operational excellence, continuous improvement and innovation, I discovered that giving meaning and providing sense of purpose and inspiration is probably the most important job of a leader.
Speaking to the minds of the people is important, gaining their hearts is everything.
18 years of professional experience in large multinationals have developed in me a strong sensitivity towards the evolution of our society and the need for meaning as a new motivational driver and a source of well-being within the organisations.
In this complex, fast changing and uncertain environment, my ultimate ambition is, via a collective intelligence approach, to humanise businesses by empowering people, teams and organisations to reach sustainable performances.
Thanks to the personal challenges, successes and even failures that I have experienced in my varied career, I have come to realize that to help individuals and teams to grow and know themselves better is the most beautiful and rewarding thing in life. It also helps me to grow and know myself better. To find meaning in what we do every day, to engage people on a newpath, and to help build high performing teams where each individual plays a contributing role,is to me, the most exciting way to spend my time and energy.
“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” –Helen Keller
Having worked on 4 continents in both the private and the humanitarian sector for more than 15 years, I’ve got convinced that the best path to excellence resides in people’s motivation, driven by the understanding and the meaningfulness of their job. It unlocks a powerful collective agility because people LIKE to change for the better once they adhere to the end goal.
Almost 20 years ago, I received the most beautiful present in my professional life from my then manager in Ireland. He told me : ”Who you are defines what you do. And not the contrary. Never”.
Ever since then, I have been relentlessly contributing – either as an internal or as an external consultant for large companies – to the emergence of the identity and purpose of these companies, so that people working there not only know but also align on what they contribute to.
Within AgileMaker, my mission is to give this present back to the people and organisations for whom I work. My passion is to make meaning and purpose emerge and by doing so, to enlighten people and unleash their motivation, day after day.
My drive in life is to enhance co-creative agility, by empowering team members and their organisation, to achieve sustainable success. As I spent twenty years, travelling the world for major global companies, managing teams, I realised the value of collaboration and co-operation, while increasing personal leadership. Human and structural adaptation is limitless when you engage them towards meaningful values and goals.
I am convinced people are “champions” if well led; I therefore consider that empowering team members so as to enhance ownership contributes to the implementation of sustainable solutions.
Shared vision, common values, clear roles & responsibilities, and a performing leader are the ingredients for teams to move towards more efficiency and impact.
I have experienced this during my large professional experience in management of profit & non-profit organizations, in start-ups and large international companies.
What I’ve learned from experience is that the only thing that is constant is change. What I believe in is that we need to be the change we want to see in the world.
Being agile has become a necessity and at the same time an amazing opportunity for people as well as for organisations to grow. Helping to achieve this challenge gives me energy, meaning and purpose.
It’s all about taking on new challenges and ensuring their successful completion.
Over the years I learned that organisational change needs to be supported through embodied learning, integrating the mind and body. My experience is that future leadership will evolve through reflection, compassion and bodywork. As a somatic coach I believe our biggest brain is our body. Understanding it’s intelligence will support transformation of organisation even more.
My passion energizes my job: motivate people !
In today’s world, we deal with Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity (VUCA).
In such context, self-knowledge is key and brings us on the motivating path of authenticity and agility.
Partnering with Agilemaker, I propose you to find this path.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. – African proverb
Transforming Organizations and People is like an adventure, it is like an unorganized trip although you are well prepared. It requires high energy levels and strategic insights. It is all about enabling leaders and people to make it work with their heads, hearts and hands. What is have learned from life and work is that, because one does not fit all, collective intelligence is essential to address complexity and develop Agile solutions…
After more than 20 years working as HR Executive and member of Executive teams in large US pharma multinationals, what I enjoy most today is transforming organizations, crafting HR Strategies, designing organizations, reinvent the way we # Work # Collaborate # Learn and work with people through inspiring and forward thinking ideas with the customer at the heart of our solutions.
Being generous — readily sharing my time, energy and expertise and contribute to people and society — this is what makes me happy and give sense to every hard-working day.
My objective is to make the world a better place to work in. With 25 years of experience, I stand out as an agile transformation consultant, specialist and program manager. My proven track record as Technology Executive demonstrates my strengths as a bridge builder between Engineers and Marketeers, between Technology and Customers. Helping people work together is my passion, in teams, between departments, between countries and cultures.
“I make progress by having people around me who are smarter than I am and listening to them. And I assume that everyone is smarter about something than I am.” (Henry J. Kaiser)
The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. Jim Morrison
I believe meaning and autonomy are necessary and desirable characteristics for personal development and organization performance. I am interested in promoting personal self-fulfillment in the work environment, leading to greater value creation.
I love people and digital products, and I think they can get along quite well if communication is right. Talk with users to understand their needs, talk with teams to co-create value, talk with stakeholders to understand the risks and find compromises. Talk often to avoid talking too long. Keep your time to deliver. You best understand the added value of agility when you live it and when you see the concrete results of it, that’s why we are more than AGILE, we are AGILEmakers.
Driven by passion and passionate about change and innovation.
Having the customers and their needs at the core of the changes and making sure that the organisation and its employees are mobilised around this common goal are the two keys for a successful organisation.
Combining the strengths of the start-up world together with the means and the reach of the corporate world has been the core of my activities in the last years and has proven to be very efficient and successful.
Dedicated and collaborative team player with 20 years of progressive business experience that spans across creative design, team leadership and operations management skills in diverse industry segments. Erick has a successful track record of combining an eye for detail, good listening skills, and strong business acumen with positive communication and agility to support go to market efforts.
« I thrive on new experiences, on change and on looking beyond the obvious. I often see solutions where others only see problems. I am energetic, creative and spontaneous.
I am passionate about people. Companies are about people. Yet so often people are constrained by a company’s processes structures and a corporate culture that inhibits rather than enables. My ambition is to change that and to help corporate cultures evolve into vibrant and nurturing cultures, built around people who are focused, motivated, connected and cohesive, and who feel at ease with each other and with themselves. »
I am convinced Agility both at the Individual and Organizational level can make people’s daily life more meaningful and motivating.
I have acquired experience with Scrum methodology and Agile Product Ownership. What I like the most about being agile is this ability to adapt and improve quickly thanks to a fast feedback loop, with both users and stakeholders. With a constantly evolving environment, it is crucial to become aware about what is happening outside and inside the organization to be able to act on it. With clear goals, transparency, collaboration and regular inspection and reflection, we build trust, engage people, achieve greater outcomes and improve constantly. Having also developed skills in the UX/UI field, I believe that organizations should focus on what brings the most value for their user or customers and seek for the best experience.
“Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction” – John F. Kennedy
My career has been devoted to helping companies and their management reconnect with the soul of their organization.
Nothing drives positive organizational outcomes as much as strategy and leadership that are aligned with company culture and identity. When these are in sync, it creates the conditions for organizations to align and perform in truly powerful and meaningful ways.
Companies that have a profound connection with who they truly are – rather than who they pretend to be, are in a stronger position to engage and inspire both inside and outside their organization. Organizational identity establishes a strategic framework that sets the conditions for increased agility, coherence and performance in all the initiatives a company undertakes.
I support organizations achieving the full benefit of their transformation or evolution by focusing on the people side of things.
Engagement, Coaching and Change Management are at the heart of what I do and I do it with conviction, humility, enthusiasm and agility !
I joined AGILEmaker because I share their values, purpose and approach that makes organizations more collaborative, meaningful and innovative.
“If you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far go together.” More than ever, public and non-market organizations need to create meaning and a new form of value for citizens. It is my pleasure to help them.
